Privacy, face matching, payments, and photographer payouts — clear answers.
Who can see the full event album?
Guests never browse the full album. Only photographers and organizers with access can. Guests only see photos matched to their face after a scan.
What do you store about my face?
We store face embeddings (mathematical descriptors) and the images you upload for enrollment. They are used only to match you to event photos. Contact support to request deletion.
How do payments work?
Card payments are processed by Redsys with CaixaBank. After payment you download high-resolution files from Photos bought.
Can I start with one face photo?
Yes. Use Quick start on My Face for a single front pose. Adding more angles improves match quality in parties and low light.
How do photographers get paid?
Photographers earn a configurable share (default 75% of each sale). Payouts are prepared as SEPA transfers from the Earnings page.
Is my card number stored on PicInFy?
No. Full card details are entered only on the Redsys secure payment page.
How do I join a private event?
Use the invite code or QR from the organizer, or open the shared link. Some events also need a password.
Where does PicInFy operate?
PicInFy is built for events in Spain and internationally. Payments support EUR via Redsys / CaixaBank.
