Data we process
Account data (name, email, optional phone), face images and embeddings for matching, event and purchase data, Redsys payment metadata (not full card numbers), technical logs, and optional WhatsApp numbers for alerts.
Face data
Embeddings are used only to match you to event photos. They are not sold. You may request erasure via support.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may contact your supervisory authority (e.g. AEPD in Spain).
